How can I make an appointment to try on a gown?

We offer Saturday and Sunday appointments  for brides in the NYC area. Please use the Contact page to get in touch and set up a time.

How are the dresses sized?

We use a standardized sizing chart to size all of our gowns. Since all brides are different, expect to have some alterations made to achieve a perfect fit.

How soon will I receive my dress?

All of our dresses are individually made to order. Since each dress is sewn and embroidered by hand, this can take 14-18 weeks. We recommend that you purchase your gown at least 6 months before your wedding to allow extra time for alterations.

I'm interested in a dress but would like to modify the design. Can you customize a dress for me?

We offer customization within the limits of the collection. For example, we can switch the skirt of one dress with the skirt of another dress. We can also alter colors and fabrications, for example if you prefer ivory lining instead of nude. These alterations come in standard sizes.

We can work with you on fully customized designs, this service starts at $3500.

What is the price range of the collection?

The gowns range from $2000-$4000 in price.

Do you offer returns?

All of our dresses are made to order, for that reason we do not offer returns once the purchase is made.
